We awoke to the boiler being out on the coldest night of the year! Although Danny had a big job on that day he came to us as soon as possible - 7.30pm. He solved the problem of a frozen condense pipe and left everything clean and tidy. Very many thanks we are warm today!

I was given good advice about the type and location of where my new boiler should be installed. The work was carried out to a high standard with minimal disruption.

Dan had researched the best boiler to use in my tight cupboard but with maximum output. He also fitted a very efficient pump so that we can have 2 simultaneous showers and renewed all thermostatic radiator valves. He also suggested and installed a Nest thermostat system so we can easily control the heating from our phones as well as the system learning our routine so that the house is always warm when we need it. Very efficient system now.

We were really pleased with the work Mr Moss did. He took the time to talk us through our options and ways to save money which was really helpful. We finally decided on a valiant boiler with a smart thermostat and are really pleased.
