It is essential you get your boiler serviced annually to ensure it is working as safely and efficiently as possible.
These checks are vital for the safe and reliable performance of your boiler and give insight to future problems before they occur. These checks also validate any warranty as specified by the manufacturer and us the installer.

Gas boiler servicing £120 + VAT
Oil boiler servicing £175 + VAT​
Your gas or oil service includes
Boiler Inspection
Inspect your boiler and controls to make sure they are operating safely and correctly. Visually inspect the boiler to check for corrosion and leaks.
Inspection of oil tank.
Boiler Cleaning
Cleaning of condensate trap, remove build-up of debris. Remove and clean baffles and filters (oil boilers).
Boiler Tests
Appropriate boilers test to check for leaks, adjust pressure, combustion analysis and tuning of boiler.
Service Certificate
Complete manufacturer benchmark yearly certificate.
OFTEC CD11 service form for oil boilers.
BOILER SAFETY CERTIFICATES
We offer oil and gas landlord boiler safety certificates
Gas certificates are an important aspect of our job to ensure our client knows they have the relevant Gas Safe or OFTEC certification to prove that their boiler is in the best possible working order.
At Pipeline Heating we provide boiler safety and landlord certificates for all new installations and existing installations.
